Sonia Ajlani has been an information and records management officer at BvDIM since 2021.

She provides services in document and archival processing.

Her work covers document management, including the cataloguing and indexing of documents, the analysis and description of archival collections, as well as the implementation of procedures. She is also responsible for managing subscriptions, which includes monitoring access to digital subscriptions, tracking print and digital subscriptions, following up with publishers or aggregators, overseeing renewal campaigns, handling one-time orders, and monitoring invoicing.

She has carried out several document and archival processing projects aimed at managing and enhancing textual and multimedia documentary resources for both public and private clients.

She is proficient in office software and several professional tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel), SAP, Salesforce CRM, Dynamics Navision, Great Plains, AS400, Movex, Unicia, and Lotus Notes…

Professional background

Sonia Ajlani holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Archaeology from the University of Toulouse Le Mirail, and a Level II (equivalent to a 4-year university degree) diploma in audiovisual production management.
